Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 October 2026
This policy explains what information thefvnnel.com collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. The site is run by ZIVA Marketing, trading as The fVnnel (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect
When you get in touch. Our enquiry form asks what your business does, your monthly revenue range, your main growth goal, your name and your email address. We store your answers when you send the form.
When you visit. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you request, so it can run and protect the site. We also read your approximate location (country, and state in the US) to decide whether to show you a cookie banner. It is kept in a cookie for one day and is not linked to you.
Cookies and similar technologies. See Cookies below.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and work out whether we can help.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics, where allowed).
- To measure and improve our advertising (marketing, where allowed). When you send the form and marketing cookies are allowed, we tell Meta that an enquiry was made, along with the revenue range and growth goal you chose. If we also report it from our server, your email address is first turned into a one-way code (a hash), so Meta never receives it in readable form.
We do not sell your personal information.
Our legal basis (UK and EU visitors)
- Enquiries: our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and the steps you ask us to take before any agreement.
- Analytics and marketing cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Hosting records: our legitimate interest in running a secure site.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers, who handle information on our behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts the site.
- Supabase, which stores the enquiries you send us.
- Google Analytics, for site analytics, where allowed.
- Meta, for advertising measurement, where allowed.
- Vidalytics, which hosts the video testimonial on this site.
We will also share information where the law requires it.
Cookies
| Name | What it does | Lasts | Set |
|---|---|---|---|
| ziva_consent | Remembers your cookie choice. | 1 year | Always |
| ziva_geo_country, ziva_geo_region | Your country (and US state), used only to decide whether to show the cookie banner. | 1 day | Always |
| Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) | Counts visits and shows us how the site is used. | Up to 2 years | When analytics is allowed |
| Meta Pixel (_fbp) | Measures how our advertising performs. | 90 days | When marketing is allowed |
| Vidalytics | Plays the video testimonial and records how it is watched. | Set by Vidalytics | Always (see below) |
In the UK, the EU and the EEA, analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you allow them. In California they are on unless you switch them off. Elsewhere they are on. Wherever we show a cookie banner, you can change your choice at any time with the cookie button at the bottom right of the page.
The video testimonial is hosted by Vidalytics and loads for every visitor, so it can play without a cookie choice. Vidalytics records how the video is played, such as plays and watch time, and may use its own cookies or similar storage to do this. If you would rather it did not, you can block third-party cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and keep proper business records. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Where it is stored
Our team works from the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and South Africa, and our providers may store information in other countries, including the United States. Where UK or EU information leaves those regions, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. California residents can also opt out of their information being shared for advertising, which the cookie button lets you do. You can complain to the privacy regulator where you live, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.

Changes to this policy
We will update this page when what we collect changes, and change the date at the top. Our Terms and Conditions cover the rest of your use of the site.
